COEEF is on a very limited budget right now, and an organization's website is the key to getting information out to potential sponsors and donors in the easiest and most effective way possible. Our prior website wasn’t very easy to update and was extremely outdated. It’s hard to find people to dedicate time to a website on a continual basis, so I was looking for something that anyone (with a limited amount of training) would be able to update. We are in an electronic age where updates and information needs to be updated daily. I wanted COEEF to have that edge. I also needed something that was going to cost us little money, or to have the funding spaced out over time.
When I heard about Dreamscape Multimedia’s website opportunity, I was told the basic details were the company would design the basic layout of the website for free, and either transfer content from a new database or have new content put in if sent over. This website is based off of a template that has an easy-to-use content management system that will allow for easy editing. I was told that the cost would be the yearly minimal domain and a monthly or yearly hosting payment—depending on the package chosen. Additional support would be provided after the launch of the website at an hourly rate, if requested, but if an organization wanted to make the updates by themselves, they do not need to use this post-service. Some organizations choose to have Dreamscape provide this service, while others manage it completely on their own. I liked the price and this option to have help or do it on our own.
At first, I was very skeptical about the partnership with Dreamscape Multimedia. I felt like it was too good to be true, in a way. I had several documents sent to me where I was trying to find something in the fine print that would potentially bind COEEF to a contract or additional payments I was not aware of in talking with the representative. There is nothing like that. I feel very blessed and comfortable with my decision to move forward with this project. The web designer and sales representative worked very closely with me to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with the results. To be honest, prior to starting the project, I was not sure if I would want to outsource and pay the price to use their additional help at some point, but the representatives are fair and quick about the help provided, so I will definitely consider it if I need help in the future.
I feel like Dreamscape Multimedia truly wants to help and serve non-profit organizations and small businesses. The customer service and results from the COEEF website show just how much this company values these aspects of the business and non-profit environments. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an affordable, simple and easily updateable website.

We hardly know how to act! We are so thrilled with our new website that you designed! We find it user-friendly and just what we need! WOW!
In the last week or so, we have noticed that volunteers are accessing the website either to volunteer or to obtain more information. It has been our goal to build our volunteer base and it looks like the website will be a valuable tool in doing so. We also note that other agencies have acknowledged accessing it in their correspondence.
